About MVAR Community Foundation

The Salem Association of REALTORS® Community Fund (SARCF) dba: Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS® Community Foundation (MVARCF), was founded in 2004 as a way for REALTORS® and Affiliate members in the Mid-Willamette Valley to have a positive impact in the community.

SARCF is a non profit organization 501(c)(3) Tax ID # 68-0587535 with the following goals:

  • To break the cycle of homelessness and provide opportunities for affordable housing

  • To serve disadvantaged children and families in crisis

  • To contribute to the livability of the community and build a sense of pride in neighborhoods.

Our Community Foundation is funded by members, other donors, and fundraising events. The benefits of supporting MVARCF include bettering our community, a better public image for the real estate industry and donations that are tax deductible as charitable contributions. Our Board of Directors are always working hard to get new and exciting ways to bring together the members and the community.
